Position 1: Enterprise Strategy Officer

Education BSC, BA Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration , Banking & Finance & related.

Experience 2years’ experience in relevant position in the banking industry of which a minimum of a one year experience as Jr Enterprise Strategy Officer or related Position.

An Enterprise Strategy Officer (ESO) or Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) develops and executes the company’s long-term vision, leading strategic planning, identifying growth opportunities, analyzing markets, and aligning all departments to achieve organizational goals and competitive advantage, working closely with the CEO and executive team to drive innovation and sustainable growth.

Experience

5 years’ experience in relevant position in the banking industry of which a minimum of a one year experience as Senior Customer Service Officer or related Position

The Senior Customer Service Officer Cash/ Accounts will provide front office customer service support at the branch. S/he will handle account management transactions, respond to customer enquiries, handle cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
