Position: Promotion & Reception officer
/Female Candidates only
Qualifications:
- Education: First Degree in any field /Graduated after 2023/
- Experience: 2-3 years – Previous customer service or receptionist experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Receptionist the employee has the following responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Greet and welcome all mall visitors with a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls promptly and efficiently, providing accurate information and directing calls appropriately.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
- Provide information about mall services, events, and tenant locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with lost and found items.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Manage visitor check-in/out procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of visitor inquiries and complaints.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating mall events or activities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
- Safety and Security:
- Follow all mall security protocols and procedures.
- Monitor and report any suspicious activities or safety concerns to the appropriate authorities.
- Assist with emergency procedures as needed.
- As a Promotion officer the employee has the following responsibilities
- Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop promotion plan with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Lead the execution of promotion programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating report/survey/questionnaires;
- Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Assists the Marketing Manager in gathering and compiling current market and economic information and preparing competitive market analysis and market trends;
- Actively promotes leasable spaces and seeks out new commercial opportunities
- Manage Dembel City Center’s social media pages by creating weekly content and responding to comments and messages;
- Together with the ICT Department, Update Dembel City Center’s website with relevant information as required together with the company ICT Department;
- Support the marketing manager to plan advertising campaigns, including which media to advertise in, such as radio, television, print, online media, and billboard.
- Track and analyze promotional activities and event performance to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Performs other duties as deemed necessary.
