Ye Ethiopia Lijoch Media (Ethiopian Children Media) a widely recognized as a pioneering force in children’s entertainment and television broadcasting in Ethiopia. Ethiopian Children Media serves as the umbrella encompassing Ethiopian Children Television, Ethiopian Children events, edutainment activities, and various social responsibility initiatives. We stand as a grand institution dedicated to shaping the positive experiences of Ethiopian children through thoughtful and purposeful media content.

Position 1: Graphic Designers

For Fresh Graduates (Entry-Level):

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
Strong portfolio (academic or personal projects).
Proficiency in design software: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (basic knowledge of After Effects is a plus).
Creativity, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.

For Experienced Designers (Mid-Level – 3+ years)

Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across different formats and platforms.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
Experience in branding, campaign design, and client presentations.
Ability to take projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision.
Good understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout.

Position 2: Video Editors

Qualification:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required
Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or similar tools.
Strong portfolio of completed video projects.
Knowledge of motion graphics, audio editing, and color grading is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and storytelling skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Position 3: Sales and Marketing Professionals

Qualifications

Highly experienced candidates only in a sales and/or marketing leadership role.
Strong background in B2B or B2C sales, strategic marketing, and client relationship management.
Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads, email automation platforms).
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive measurable ROI.
Strong understanding of market trends, brand positioning, and customer acquisition strategies.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
