Roadrunner, a Yango Fleet Partner, is looking for qualified and motivated professionals to join its team for the following position.
Position: Field Scouts / Sales Officers
Qualifications:
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous work experience in sales or marketing is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in the field and meet recruitment targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct direct driver registration in different locations across Addis Ababa, particularly around taxi stations, fuel stations, and other areas where drivers are commonly found.
- Explain the economic benefits of joining Yango by comparing drivers’ current net earnings with the potential income and benefits they can receive through Yango.
- Collect and register accurate driver information, including phone numbers, driving licenses, and identification documents.
- Enter collected information into the company’s system or through the Telegram bot.
- Actively approach potential drivers and encourage them to join the Yango platform.
