We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team.
Position: Sales Officer
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering
- Proven experience in sales or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in English and Amharic (any other local language is an advantage)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively.
The successful candidate will be responsible for
- Promoting and selling our products/services,
- Identifying potential customers, and
- Driving revenue growth.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales techniques, and the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Identify and engage prospective customers through networking, cold calls, and referrals.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure long-term business.
- Prepare and deliver reports on sales performance and market feedback.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize sales efforts.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions promptly.
