Wegagen Capital Investment Bank S.C. is looking for qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following positions:
Position 1: Call Center Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in a call center or customer service job/role
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Provide product and service info to customers
- Meet performance targets and ensure customer satisfaction
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior HR Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s Degree, HR certification, or relevant postgraduate degree is advantage
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in financial sector is preferable
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Prepare HR-related reports for management
