Wegagen Bank would like to hire Graduate Trainee with the following requirements. Wegagen Bank S.C. is one of the seasoned private commercial banks providing a wide range of quality banking services in Ethiopia with an ever growing and remarkable operational performance.

Currently the bank has devised a new strategic plan & subsequently reviewed its organizational structure. The Bank reaches out to almost all parts of the country through its service outlets, including branches and Forex offices, currently exceeding well over 400.

Thus, the Bank is looking for Fresh Graduates with vibrant track records for the following vacant positions with attractive Salary and benefits package.

Position: Graduate Trainee

Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Marketing and other Banking business related fields.

Work experience is not required

CGPA 2.75 and above

Only 2024 & 2025 graduates can apply

Age < 25

Exit Exam result ≥ 50

COC (for Level IV) is mandatory

Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required and compulsory

Salary: As Per The Banks Salary Scale & Attractive
