Position: Waiter/ Waitress

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in a five-star hospitality environment.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
• Education: College Diploma or Level III Certificate in Social or Natural Science fields from a recognized institution.
• Attributes: Presentable, confident, customer-focused, and a natural team player.
• Age Requirement: 20–30 years old.
• Passport: Valid passport with at least two years remaining.

Preferred Skills and Qualities

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with guests from diverse cultures.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure, handling challenges gracefully.
• Exceptional grooming standards, ensuring a polished and professional appearance at all times.
• Positive attitude with the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Background knowledge in safety protocols or first aid is a bonus.

• Willingness to undergo a medical examination and meet all employment prerequisites.
