United System Integrators (USi) was founded in 1999 by current CEO Michael Shebelle primarily as a systems maintenance and support organization providing unparalleled services to its clients. Within a short time, USi grew steadily to expand its operations to systems delivery and integration as well as providing implementation of end-to-end enterprise solutions and business applications in response to the growing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure and professional services needs in Ethiopia.
Position: Consultant and Customer Support
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the business area of Micro Finance and SACCOS
- Strong understanding of Temenos Financial Inclusion Version R17 and above
- Familiarity with digital platforms, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of Micro Finance and SACCOS rules and regulations
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, coordination and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational tasks and issues simultaneously.
- Organized, responsible, and growth-oriented
- High level of integrity, accountability, and organizational discipline.
