United System Integrators (USi) was founded in 1999 by current CEO Michael Shebelle primarily as a systems maintenance and support organization providing unparalleled services to its clients. Within a short time, USi grew steadily to expand its operations to systems delivery and integration as well as providing implementation of end-to-end enterprise solutions and business applications in response to the growing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure and professional services needs in Ethiopia.

Position: Consultant and Customer Support

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in any field
Minimum 2 years of experience in the business area of Micro Finance and SACCOS
Strong understanding of Temenos Financial Inclusion Version R17 and above
Familiarity with digital platforms, dashboards, and performance metrics.
Knowledge of Micro Finance and SACCOS rules and regulations

Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication, coordination and problem solving abilities
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational tasks and issues simultaneously.
Organized, responsible, and growth-oriented
High level of integrity, accountability, and organizational discipline.
