Position: Pre – Sales Specialist
Education Qualification and Skill:
- Bachelor’ s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Pre-sales, It Solution, or a related role.
- Strong interest and ability to quickly understand technical and sales concepts.
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication, Presentation and interpersonal Skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving Abilities.
- Ability to work Collaboratively within cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge or Experience with tender and bidding documentation and processes is preferable.
- Basic Knowledge of Data Center infrastructure, networks, Smart City Solutions, and Collaboration technologies is preferable.
- Familiarity with Globally recognized IT Vendors is Aplus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Email).
The Pre-Sales Specialist will bridge technical teams and clients, translating IT solutions into clear business value. The role includes supporting sales through solution design, presentations, and tender documentation while addressing customer needs.
