Position: Accountant
Required Qualifications:
- Education: BA Degree in Finance & Accounting or related fields from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Peachtree and Excel.
- Basic knowledge of E-Tax and Tass training is manadatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, Peachtree software and other ERP systems
KEY Responsibilities
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Assist external auditors during audits and provide necessary information.
- Ensure timely payment of VAT, income tax, and other statutory obligations.
- Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with regulations.
- Manage daily cash flow and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and financial activities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
