We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SCM Officer to join our dynamic team. The SCM Officer will be responsible for managing procurement, inventory, logistics, and supplier relationships to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations aligned with organizational goals.

Position: Junior Supply Chain Management (SCM) Officer

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: Relevant experience is advantageous

Skills:

Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement Management:

Source and procure goods and services following company policies. Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve the best value.
Ensure timely procurement of materials to support project timelines. Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of inventory movements. Logistics Coordination:
Coordinate the transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery.
Liaise with vendors and shipping companies for smooth logistics operations.

Supplier Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements.
Compliance and Reporting:
Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain activities. Qualifications and Skills
