Position 1: Customer Service Officer
Education
- Minimum Grade 12 Completion/Diploma
- Trainings on Customer Service is a Plus
Experience
- A minimum of 1 year experience in customer handling
- Previous Experience in a Hospital/Hotel is a plus
Under general supervision of the Department Head, The Customer Service officer will be responsible for Greeting and tending to the needs of the customers of MeQrez General Hospital
Position 2: Junior Environmental Health and Sanitation officer
Education
- Degree in Environmental Health or related fields from a recognized college/ university
Experience
- (0) years of experience
Under general supervision of the Department Head, Medical Director, the incumbent is responsible for effective implementation & close follow-up of all safety programs, polices & procedures related to Occupational, Chemical, Mechanical, Water; Food , hygiene & health Safeties within the Health Facility.
Salary: As per the company’s Salary Scale
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
