Position 1: Junior Real Estate Sales Agent
Required Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field
Experience: Minimum 6 months of sales experience, preferably in real estate
Employment Type: Contract
Salary: ETB 22,327.59 gross monthly salary + 4% commission
Junior Real Estate Sales Agent: 200 people
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on potential customers.
- Promote apartments and commercial properties through networking, referrals, social media, and field prospecting.
- Conduct property presentations and assist customers throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up consistently with prospective buyers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Senior Real Estate Sales Agent
Required Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field
Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in real estate
Employment Type: Contract
Salary: ETB 30,948.28 gross monthly salary + 4% commission
Senior Real Estate Sales Agent: 100 people
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage sales leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Promote apartments and commercial properties through networking, referrals, social media, and field prospecting.
- Conduct property presentations and guide customers through the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Follow up with potential buyers and negotiate sales.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Special Real Estate Sales Agent
Required Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field
Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven real estate sales experience. Candidates with at least 1 year of experience may also qualify if they have strong social media sales skills, at least 10,000 followers, and proven lead-generation results.

Salary: ETB 43,017.24 gross monthly salary + 4.5% commission
Special Real Estate Sales Agent: 100 people
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert high-quality real estate sales leads.
- Promote apartments and commercial properties through digital marketing, social media, networking, and field prospecting.
- Use social media platforms and personal networks to generate leads and attract potential buyers.
- Conduct property presentations and guide customers throughout the sales process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Negotiate sales and work toward achieving assigned targets.
- Track lead generation and maintain accurate sales records.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Real Estate Sales Supervisor
Required Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience with a proven track record of at least 200 successful sales
Employment Type: Contract
Salary: ETB 74,051.72 gross monthly salary + 1% commission
Real Estate Sales Supervisor: 10 people
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate, and support real estate sales agents.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure the achievement of team goals.
- Develop sales strategies to promote apartments and commercial properties.
- Monitor sales leads, customer follow-ups, negotiations, and completed transactions.
- Coach and guide sales agents to improve their sales performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and prospective buyers.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular performance updates to management.
