Position: Marketing and Sales Agent
Education and Experience
- Candidates with a completed diploma, 10th & 12th grade, who possess marketing skills can apply for the job. Also, anyone who can do the job can apply.
- A person who communicates effectively and has community connections
- We accept candidates with no prior experience. But if you have experience, we will give you priority.
Required Competencies/ Technical skills
- Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional convincing and negotiation skills
- Highly positive attitude, open-mindedness, fast learning ability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving goals in a field-based environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively while primarily working outside the office.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Outstanding teamwork abilities
- Understanding of social media & Web analysis
- Creativity & Commercial awareness
Job Description
- Business Development: Identify new clients (companies, small businesses, Domestic workers, families, professionals, the elderly, singles, etc.) by presenting the company.
- Marketing & Promotion: Represent the company in the field, participate in community events, and contribute to local outreach efforts to build brand awareness and trust. Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and brand awareness efforts.
- Contributes to the implementation of marketing strategies
- Propose areas for improvement in service offerings and promotional activities
- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports and forecasts for management.
Compensation
- 10% Commission + Attractive bonus
Location: This role is not bound by the location. You can do the job anywhere in our country and at any time. This is a completely flexible, results-only position.
