Qualifications

The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for executing day-to-day preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance activities across the school campus. The role ensures that all buildings, utilities, equipment, and grounds operate at optimal performance to support a safe, compliant, and conducive learning environment. This position requires strong technical competency, proactive maintenance practices, and adherence to international school operational standards.

4. Carpentry, Wood Works, Welding, and Metal Fabrication

6. Emergency Maintenance and Rapid Response

7. Safety, Compliance, and Workmanship Standards

8. Facility Support and Operational Logistics

9. Documentation and Reporting

Skills and Competencies

Work Conditions

  • Involves physical activity such as lifting, climbing, bending, and working in tight spaces.
  • Exposure to electricity, heights, and mechanical equipment; safety protocols must always be followed.
