Position: Customer Service & Documentation
Experience: No prior experience required (but an eagerness to learn and grow is essential!)
Skills:
Communication: Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
Computer Skills: Good proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and basic data entry.
Learning & Adaptability: A can-do attitude with the ability to pick up new skills quickly and effectively.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers via phone and email, providing timely assistance and resolving queries.
- Handling and preparing shipping documentation, ensuring all details are accurate.
- Managing shipments, tracking and updating the status for customers.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Assisting in the day-to-day customer service and documentation tasks as needed.
