Position 1: Junior Accountant
Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is often required.
- Accounting Software Proficiency: Knowledge of accounting software like QuickBooks Peachtree, ERP, Excel, and other relevant tools is essential.
- Accounting Principles: A strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices is necessary.
- Attention to Detail: – Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining reliable financial records.
- Organizational Skills: – Effective organization and time management skills are needed to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Analytical Skills: – The ability to analyze financial data and identify trends is important.
- Communication Skills: – Good communication skills are needed to interact with colleagues and potentially external parties.
Language Profficiency:- Amharic ,Afaan Oromo and English
Position 2: Import Documentation Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 01 year relevant work experience in import documentation and procedures, preferably within an import/export company.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in relevant software and systems, including MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of Ethiopian Customs Single Window (ESW) is an advantage.
Language Profficiency:- Amharic ,Afaan Oromo and English
Position 3: Operation Manager and Coordinator
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Master/Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, food Processing or a related field.
- At least 5 years and above proven work experience in manufacturing operations management, with a track record of driving operational improvements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of learn manufacturing principles and methodologies.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for production planning, inventory management, and reporting.
- Specific to a Chip Processing Factory:
- Understanding of the chip processing and packaging process.
- Knowledge of potato quality and characteristics relevant to chip production.
- Experience with machinery and equipment used in chip processing (fryers, slicers, packaging machines, etc.).
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to chip processing equipment.
Language Proficiency:- Amharic, Afaan Oromo and English.
Position 4: Senior Accountant
Qualification:
Master /Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance with minimum of 3(three) years proven work experience in manufacturing industry.
Language Profficiency:- Amharic ,Afaan Oromo and English
