Roen Manufacturing PLC invites fresh and qualified applicants for the following positions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Proven experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role, ideally within the hospitality or retail industry.
Knowledge of local financial regulations and tax laws in Ethiopia.
Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant tools).
Ability to analyze complex financial data and present it in an easily understandable manner.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Amharic is a plus

Qualifications & Skills:

Valid Ethiopian Driver’s License (Class 3 or above).
At least 2 years of experience as a driver, preferably in the corporate or logistics sector.
Good knowledge of Addis Ababa and surrounding areas, including main routes and traffic patterns.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (Amharic is a plus).
Excellent driving record with no history of accidents or violations.
Good physical condition and the ability to assist with loading and unloading goods.
Responsible, reliable, and punctual with a strong attention to safety.
Ability to handle minor vehicle maintenance tasks or report vehicle issues promptly.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
