We are looking for a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Junior Bakery School Admin and Finance Officer who will also teach English courses for half a day. This role combines entry-level administrative and financial responsibilities with teaching duties, ensuring the smooth operation of the school and providing quality education to our students.
Position: Junior Bakery School Admin and Finance Officer & English Instructor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, English, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of educational regulations and financial compliance.
- Creative and innovative teaching methods.
Working Conditions:
- Half Day Working Hours with a split schedule between administrative/financial duties and teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative and Financial Duties:
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including student admissions, record-keeping, and correspondence.
- Support financial Works, including budgeting, invoicing, payroll, and financial reporting.
- Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for school supplies and equipment.
- Assist in organizing school events, workshops, and extracurricular activities.
- Handle inquiries from students, parents, and staff, providing excellent customer service.
Teaching Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, reading, and writing skills.
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and learning.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.
