Position 1: Marketer
Qualifications:

Position 2: Sales
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.

Position 3: Tour Operator
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Travel & Tourism Management, Hospitality, or a related field. Good knowledge of Ethiopian tourist destinations.

Position 4: Ticketing Officer
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Travel & Tourism, Ticketing, or a related field. IATA certification is mandatory.
- Knowledge of GDS, particularly Galileo, Amadeus, or Sabre.
- In-depth understanding of airline ticketing policies, fare structures, and routing regulations. Experience with multiple airlines, particularly airlines such as Emirates, Turkish Airliens, Fly Dubai, and Egypt Air.
- Candidates with 0 years of work experience, including fresh graduates and candidates with no prior work experience, may apply.
- Candidates with 5 years or more of relevant work experience.
Position 5: Ride Driver
Qualifications:
- Must meet the required qualifications.
- Candidates with 5 years or more of professional driving experience are particularly encouraged to apply.
Position 6: Hot Air Balloon Pilot
Qualifications:
- English/language proficiency Level IV (4) or above Relevant balloon pilot license/certification as required by the aviation authority
- Minimum 50 hours of flight experience Valid aviation medical certificate
Position 7: Ground Crew
Qualifications:
- Aviation Diploma Valid aviation-related license/certificate
- Ability to support balloon launch, landing, passenger handling, and ground operations safely.
Position 8: Chase Vehicle Driver
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license Good knowledge of safe driving and vehicle handling during balloon operations Ability to work under changing field and weather conditions
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hot air balloon chase vehicle or related operational driving services
Position 9: Safety and Quality Manager
Qualifications:
- Aviation Diploma Safety Management System (SMS) training certificate Knowledge of aviation safety, risk management, and quality procedures
- Ability to monitor and maintain safety and operational standards
Position 10: Balloon Ground Technician
Qualifications:
- Aviation Diploma Valid aviation-related license/certificate Technical knowledge and ability to support balloon equipment, ground systems, and operational safety
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the aviation industry
