Position 1: Accountant

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
Proven experience in accounting or finance, with a minimum of [X] years as a senior accountant.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and lead by example.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS).
Experience in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
Experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
Accounting & finance 2yr & above experience

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
Prepare and analyse financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Perform complex reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate and lead internal and external audits.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Review and approve financial transactions and journal entries.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
Participate in the development and improvement of accounting policies and procedures
Keep up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects and initiatives.
Salary: Competitive, based on the company’s salary scale (negotiable based on experience).

Position 2: Marketing & Promotion Officer

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
Proven experience in marketing, promotion, or social media management
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools
Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills
Ability to plan campaigns, manage deadlines, and multitask effectively
Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making ability

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with paid advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
Basic graphic design or video editing skills
Experience managing brand accounts or growth-focused campaigns
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Brand awareness and reach growth
Engagement rate and audience growth
Campaign conversion and lead generation
ROI on promotional activities
