Position 1: Receptionist
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Health Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Reception Officer, Front Desk Officer, Customer Service Officer, or similar position in a hospital, medical center, hotel, airline, or other premium customer service environment.
- Experience using Hospital Information Systems (HIS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), or appointment management systems is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.

Position 2: Hostess / Customer Service
Qualifications
- BA in Hotel Management, Marketing, Management, or a related social science field
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of front-line guest service experience in a five-star hotel, airline, or other premium hospitality environment
- Demonstrated experience in formal, courteous guest reception and communication at a luxury service standard
Competencies
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Warm, compassionate, and patient-centered demeanor
- Sharp judgment and composure under pressure
- Strong sense of hospitality etiquette and service excellence
- Cultural sensitivity, discretion, and confidentiality
- Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage
- Team collaboration and cross-departmental coordination
