- Minimum 5+ years of relevant accounting experience (healthcare or reputable organization preferred)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Ethiopian tax regulations
- Professional certification (CPA/ACCA) is a plus
- Proven experience in financial reporting, tax compliance, and cost analysis
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications & Requirements:
- MSc or BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- MSc holders: 8–10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3–5 years in a supervisory/managerial role
OR
BSc holders: Strong supervisory experience with 4–6 years in a leadership role - Proven experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, networks, and systems
- Strong hands-on experience with healthcare systems (HMIS, EMR/EHR, LIS, RIS/PACS)
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, data protection, and disaster recovery planning
- Experience in IT governance, vendor management, and budgeting
- Healthcare or hospital/medical plaza experience is a strong advantage
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented healthcare environment
