Meklit Microfinance Institution S.C is a transformed Commercial Microfinance institution S.C initially established according to proclamation no. 40/96 and recently revised proclamation 626/2009 issued by National Bank Of Ethiopia to provide financial and non-financial services to Medium, Small Enterprise and the low income people, particularly women, at both urban and rural areas of Ethiopia.

Position 1: Core Banking Division Head
Educational Qualification: BA Degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or IT.
Work Experience: 6 years
Duty Station: Head Office
Terms of Employment: Permanent
Salary: As per the company scale
Position 2: Senior MIS Officer
Educational Qualification: BA Degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or IT.
Experience: 7/5 years
Duty Station: Head Office

Salary: As per the company scale
Position 3: Ethics and Anti-Corruption Officer
Educational Qualification: BA Degree, LLB, or Diploma in Accounting and Finance, Marketing Management, Economics, or Law.
Experience: 2/4 years

Salary: As per the company scale
Position 4: Interest-Free Service Division Head
Educational Qualification: BA Degree or above in Accounting & Finance, Auditing, Management, Economics, or related fields.
Work Experience: 6 years
