Medrafa Hiring (Addis Ababa & All Regions of Ethiopia)

We are hiring motivated individuals across Addis Ababa and other regions of Ethiopia. Both on-site and field-based roles are available depending on your location.

Position 1: Part Time Sales Representatives

Requirements:

• Pharmacy student or graduate
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Tech-savvy (comfortable with apps, systems, computers)
• Self-driven and target-oriented
• Able to manage time independently
• Willing to travel within assigned area if required

Position 2: Gig Workers (Training & Support)

Requirements:

• Strong adaptability and communication skills
• Basic technical understanding
• Reliable and responsive
• Able to work with pharmacies in assigned region.

Responsibilities:

• Train pharmacy staff on Medrafa systems
• Assist with onboarding and setup
• Provide basic troubleshooting and support.
