Position 1: Sales Representative – Fresh Graduates

Educational Qualification

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.

Work Experience

0–3 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing.
Fresh graduates are eligible to apply.

Required Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in delivering sales presentations and appearing in promotional videos.
Ability to create and present engaging content for TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Willingness to conduct outdoor sales visits and meet potential clients.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients, including banks and other organisations.
Promote and sell the company’s training and learning services.
Conduct field sales visits and present available training programs.
Maintain regular client follow-ups through telephone communication.
Present and host promotional videos for social media marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Work toward achieving assigned sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Prepare sales performance and follow-up reports as required.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa.
