Lotus MCH Center is a dedicated health facility providing quality care for mothers, new-borns, and children in Addis Ababa. The Center focuses on services that support maternal, new born, and child health needs, including Gynecologist and obstetric care, Neonatal and Pediatric services, Immunization, and Emergency care working with trained professionals to ensure safe and compassionate care for families.

Position 1: Reception/Cashier

Required:

Diploma on accounting and related fields or Any BSC degree.
Proven experience as a receptionist, cashier, finance assistant, or other related role
Strong numerical and record-keeping skills.
Familiarity with basic accounting and cash handling procedures.
Proficient in computer applications (MS Excel, billing software).
Great communication skill
Ability to work under pressure
Great service skill
Multitasking and organized

Preferred:

Familiar with Maraki Pos cashier system
1 year and above experience
Work experience with at Health care or Hotel and Tourism industry is preferred.

Position 2: IT Supporter

Required:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred:

• 2 year and above experience in IT support.
• Experience in healthcare systems is an advantage.
