Little is a pan-African, everyday everything, app and one of Africa’s largest ride-hailing companies, serving cities across Kenya, Uganda, Somalia, Zambia, Tanzania, and now Ethiopia. The Little app offers mobility, delivery, and payment solutions by connecting customers to drivers, enabling convenience and transparency for hundreds of thousands of consumers.

The Safaricom-backed ride-hailing app — which aims to rival Uber — first announced plans to expand into Ethiopia in June 2021, with then-Chief Executive Kamal Budhabhatti telling Business Daily it would invest Sh540m (£3.5m) in the next five years, with a further Sh540m anticipated depending on growth projections.

Position: Senior Driver Sales Agent

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience, preferably in the ride-hailing industry, particularly in driver recruitment or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven with the ability to meet deadlines.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.

We are seeking an experienced and target-driven Senior Driver Sales Agent to recruit and onboard drivers for our ride-hailing platform. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the ride-hailing industry and a proven ability to meet recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and register drivers, ensuring all required documents are verified (e.g., TIN, business license, insurance, motor driving license, vehicle registration).
• Achieve a daily registration target of 8 drivers and meet weekly/monthly goals.
• Maintain accurate records of driver registrations and submit reports to supervisors.
• Provide excellent support to new drivers during the onboarding process.
• Attend daily training and team meetings at 8:00 AM.

NB:

Salary: Basic + Commission = 15,000birr+
