We are seeking to recruit four motivated and technically capable Junior Repair Engineers to join our growing repair operations in Addis Ababa.

Position: Junior Repair Engineer

Education / Experience (any of the following):

Degree in electrical engineering or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Diploma in electronics or related field minimum 2 years experience, OR
TVET qualification in electronics or related field with minimum 3 years experience in electronics repair, OR
Background in electronics repair is preferred
Strong interest in hardware diagnostics and technical problem solving
Good working knowledge of English
Strong attention to detail and discipline
The minimum CGPA should be 3.0 or above for all applicants.

Key Responsibilities

Perform chip-level (hashboard) diagnostics and repair
Conduct fault identification and troubleshooting of ASIC miners
Execute testing and quality assurance (QA) procedures
Perform firmware installation and configuration
Repair and maintain power supply units
Apply thermal paste and conduct maintenance procedures
Maintain accurate repair logs, reports, and documentation
Support inventory tracking and control of components and tools
Follow established technical procedures and safety standards
