KYT Trading Pvt. Ltd. Company, whose trade name is AFROADDIS, is a rapidly growing commercial enterprise owned and run by a team of former diaspora executives. It has been operational since 2015. We are currently engaged in manufacturing, import, trading and hospitality industry. Our business has significantly grown over the past years and we are also engaged in the export business which consists of coffee, sesame, pulses and others.
To this effect we have secured a sit at Ethiopian Commodity Exchange (ECX) as a direct trader. We plan to work extensively and achieve success in this sector as we have done in the others. Our operations are entirely driven by our value system whose pillars include Trust Integrity and Professionalism (TIP).
Position 1: Field Sales Agent
Qualifications: BA degree in Sales & Marketing or related fields with relevant experience. OR TVET Level IV in Marketing.
Experience: 0-2 years
Employment will be on attractive & negotiable package (terms) including benefits and commission.
Place of Work: Field
Position 2: Credit Sales Officer
Qualifications: Minimum of Level 4 Marketing Or related fields. In charge of documentation compliance with compliance with frequent interaction with customer.
Experience: 0-2 years

Position 3: Digital Marketing Officer
Qualifications: BA degree in Information Technology with relevant experience. Marketing graduate with experience in technology applications.

Position 4: Senior Field Sales Agent
Qualifications: BA degree in Sales & Marketing or related fields with relevant experience

Qualifications: Minimum of BA degree in Sales & Marketing or related fields with field sales experience. Strong communication skills, particularly in English.

Position 6: Sales Manager
Qualifications: Minimum of BA degree in Sales & Marketing or related fields. Proven experience in planning and execution of strategy and operation of sales unit. Strong communication skills, particularly in English is desirable.
