Position: HR & TALENT INTERN
Education:
- Recently completed in any field of study (HRM, Business, Management, Psychology, Engineering, IT, Arts, Science, Law, Education, Agriculture, Health Sciences, or any other discipline). No prior work experience required.
English Proficiency:
- Strong written and spoken English is essential. You must be able to communicate clearly and professionally in emails, documents, and day-to-day workplace interactions.
Communication & People Skills:
- Confident and clear communicator – whether speaking with colleagues, drafting a document, or following up on a task. You express yourself well and listen actively.
Willingness to Learn:
- You are curious, open to feedback, and genuinely excited about building a career in HR. You ask questions, take notes, and apply what you learn quickly and consistently.
Proactive Attitude:
- You take initiative without waiting to be told. You identify what needs to be done and you do it – with care, reliability, and a positive team-first mindset.
