Kadisco General Hospital is the sister company of one of the leading paint manufacturing company Kadisco chemical industry, Kadisco group and SMATARA forwarding company. After a long exhausting period of planning and preparation, KADISCO general hospital was inaugurate on May 1 2007, and commenced to render its services promptly.
Its objectives are mainly oriented to secure the societies health through modern preventive and diagnostic health practices. The hospital building is erected and stretched on a wide flat area in the Gerji region commonly known as 46 mazorya.
Position: Clinical Nurse
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Level IV in Nursing (BSc Nursing preferred) with 0-2 years’ work experience.
- Valid nursing COC, license/registration.
- Clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare facility (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of nursing procedures, patient care, and infection control.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Job summery
A dedicated and skilled Clinical Nurse responsible for providing high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing services. Ensures patient safety, supports medical teams, administers treatments, monitors patient conditions, and delivers compassionate care aligned with clinical standards and hospital policies.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care based on clinical guidelines.
- Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress, documenting all findings accurately.
- Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and other prescribed treatments.
- Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and emergency interventions.
- Provide patient education on treatment, discharge plans, and health maintenance.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient medical records.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated patient care.
- Support infection prevention practices and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and perform basic life support when required.
- Ensure proper use of medical equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
- Follow all hospital protocols, safety guidelines, and ethical standards.
