Human Resources Manager at Haron Computers PLC:

Position: Human Resources Manager 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in HR management or administration.
  • High GPA and a demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and implement new concepts.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Proven track record of driving change and innovation within HR functions


  • Spearhead the digitization of HR processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in recruitment, on boarding, performance management, and employee development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and tools into HR operations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and comply with legal regulations.
  • Lead and support employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture..
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior management on HR-related matters.
