We are looking for a dedicated System Administrator to oversee the deployment, management, and optimization of our internal software system across the company and its sister companies. This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth system operation, providing training, and generating detailed reports on system performance and usage. The System Administrator will be the key technical contact for ensuring successful software implementation and ongoing support.

Position: System Administrator

Requirements: Bachelor’s/ B.Sc. Degree in Computer science; Information Technology, Computer engineering and related fields.

Work Experience: 0-3 years

Experience With Internal Software Implementation 

• Install, configure, and maintain the company’s internal software system across all sites. 

Strong Reporting and Documentation Skills 

• Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for users. 

Effective Communication Across Departments 

• Collaborate with department heads to ensure software meets operational needs and improve efficiency. 

Knowledge Of Erp Systems 

• Monitor system performance and generate regular reports on system usage, issues, and improvements. 

Ability To Train and Support End-Users 

• Provide comprehensive training to staff on the usage and functionality of the internal software.
