Position: Assistant HR & AdminÂ
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management or related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- 0 years & above experience
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and updated HR databases.
- Handle employee inquiries and assist with HR-related matters.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Oversee office supplies and equipment inventory, and liaise with vendors as needed.
