Position: Data Enumerators
(Field Data collectors & Supervisors)
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Degree in Statistics, Agriculture, Agricultural economics, Food Security, Health and Nutrition, Disaster Risk Management, Economics, monitoring and evaluation, and any other related Social Sciences.
- Must be Ethiopian national with good communications skills of English language (both oral and written), and knowledge of the local language (Guragegna) will be an advantage.
- Concrete experience in translating written answers or recorded audios from English to Amharic and Vice Versa.
- Previous experience in qualitative data collection such as KII, FGD and CLD tool facilitation is highly desirable, with examples provided where possible.
- Testimonials of previous similar assignment.
Deliverables:
- Submit clean and completed data collection forms.
- Collect clean and completed data screening during data entry.
- Clearly and well-written notes from KIIs and FGDs.
- Complete translation of notes from KIIs and FGDs from Amharic to English and Vis Versa.
- Narrative report of all Key Informant interviews and Focus Group Discussions.
- Field data collection summary report clearly highlighting challenges, learning and recommendations.
- Submit clean and completed data collection of CLD tool assessment.
No of Vacancies: Eight (8): 2 Supervisors and 6 Field Data Collectors
Payment Model: Per day worked or per questionnaires.
Duration: 10 -15days
Location: Central Ethiopia Region, Gurage Zone, Muhur Aklil Woreda in Korer, Cheza, and Yeshehara kebeles
