Position: IT Assistant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar position is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IT helpdesk or ticketing systems.
• Basic knowledge of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of printers, scanners, and other office equipment.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and user account management is an advantage.
• Chinese language proficiency is an advantage, especially for positions supporting Chinese-speaking teams.
