Position 1: SA (Solution Architect )

Professional Knowledge *
1. Fundamental understanding of M&E systems / building services requirements, including generators, fuel storage, UPS system, HVAC system, Medium and Low Voltage systems etc.
2. Possess a strong awareness of current and emerging industry standards including Uptime Institute, TIA 942 and local standard as well as vendors and technologies as that relate to the Data Center facilities.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Revit and industry standard structural modelling software.
4. Working experience with MEP engineering consultants.
5. Vendor and consultant management skills.
Business Skills *
• Ability and willingness to think outside of the box to find innovative solutions prior to and during the construction process to reduce costs without negative impacts on quality or reliability.
• Proficiency in building codes, regulations, and standards across the North Africa region. International project and program experience.
• Excellent communication skills capability, attention to detail, and high quality standards.
• Ability to effectively communicate design standards to internal and external project partners.
• Ability to manage multiple fast paced projects simultaneously and good project management capability.
• Ability to travel internationally.

Position 2: Service Solution Responsible

Qualifications and Requirements:

BSc , MSc degree in Computer Science or related fields is a plus.
Demonstrated understanding of telecom and IT industries, including delivery and sales processes.
Strong solution design and commercial capability.
Proactive, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (intermediate, advanced, or fluent).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
Certifications related to telecom, IT, or sales are advantageous but not mandatory.
Other Requirements:
Ability to work proactively with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced industry.

Position 3: Project Manager (PM)

Professional Knowledge

L2: A: More than 3 years working experience, skilled in using office software such as Excel and PPT. Assist project manager in office work; Experience in project management is preferred.
B: Major in project management or computer IT, bachelor’s degree or above, willing to work in office or outside site business
L0: A: Be proficient in using office software such as Excel and PPT. Assist the project manager in project management.
B: Major in project management or computer IT, bachelor’s degree or above, willing to work in office or outside site business

Business Skills

1. Have a proficient command of project planning management.
2. Be able to use Excel proficiently.
3. Effective problem-solving skills

Education and Major requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications IT, Computer Science and Software Engineering

Project Experience

L2: have to have 3years work experience

Position 4: Wireless Product Technical Engineer

Service skill requirements:
1. Have good customer communication and understanding capabilities, and be able to handle and analyze industry solution issues.
2. Be familiar with processes such as DTRx/SD/ITR/IPD, have a good sense of teamwork and strong organization, coordination, and communication capabilities, and be able to promote timely issue resolution through internal and external streamlining.
3. English can be used as the working language.
Requirements for professional knowledge:
1. Have experience in delivering, maintaining, or testing one or more products in the wireless and microwave domains.
2. Have a basic command of mainstream solutions for mobile bearer networks. Be able to design solutions, perform integration commissioning, and implement cutover. Have experience in project delivery.

Position 5: Microwave Product Technical Engineer

Qualifications & Skills:
BSc ,MSc in Telecommunications IT, Computer Science and Software Engineering
In-depth knowledge of microwave transmission principles and microwave equipment.
Familiarity with microwave project management and delivery processes.
Basic understanding of Ethernet principles, VLAN, MPLS, and layer-2/layer-3 switching solutions.
Strong troubleshooting and fault location capabilities within microwave networks.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive service-oriented mindset.
Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and adaptability.
Willingness to undertake overseas business trips as required.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in microwave communication systems.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications in microwave transmission, networking, or related fields are preferred.
Work Environment:
This position involves both office work and on-site project and maintenance activities, including potential overseas assignments.
