HIS Engineering LLC, a project management firm based in Maryland, United States, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in project management.
The successful candidate will support Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers in daily tasks, including preparing submittals, change orders, Requests for Information (RFIs), and maintaining material order and delivery logs.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- No prior professional experience required (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule:
- Ethiopian Calendar: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Ability to work remotely, requiring:
- A laptop or desktop computer.
- A reliable internet connection.
- A quiet and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers to provide essential support in achieving overall project objectives.
- Manage document control for projects, including RFIs, submittals, current drawing sets, permit applications, and as-built documentation.
- Maintain and update project logs, including change orders, submittals, and RFIs.
- Oversee the project closeout process, ensuring all documentation and procedures are completed accurately and on time.
