Position 1: Junior Call Center Officer
Requirements:
- Education (Minimum):BA in Accounting/Business Management/ Management or related field
- Experience:1 year of relevant experience in call center
- Number Required: 3(Three)
Job Purpose:
Answers incoming calls, providing clear and accurate information about bank products, services, and accounts based on established guidelines.
Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale
Work Place: HO
Position 2: Senior Digital Banking Business Officer
Requirements:
- Education (Minimum): BA in Accounting/Business Management/ Management or related field
- Experience: 4 years of relevant banking experience
- Number Required: 1(One)
Job Purpose:
Oversees and manages the bank’s digital banking services, making strategic recommendations to Division manager. They compile data and create reports.
Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale
Work Place: Head Office
