Position: Digital Marketing and Promotion Officer

Education Requirement

• Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Digital Media, Business Management, Sales Management, Journalism, or a related field.

Experience Requirement

• 0, 2, or 4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, depending on qualification level.
• Experience in security services, cleaning services, facility management, or related sectors is an advantage.
• Proven experience in social media management, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), email marketing, and content creation.
• Portfolio demonstrating successful digital marketing campaigns is preferred.

Main Roles and Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company business goals.
• Identify target audiences and design customized digital campaigns.
• Manage digital marketing budgets and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Content Creation & Management

• Create engaging content including blogs, articles, videos, infographics, and promotional materials.
• Manage and update company social media platforms including Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business.
• Maintain and optimize the company website for SEO performance and user experience.
• Develop and implement email and SMS marketing campaigns.

Campaign Management

• Design and manage digital advertising campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Execute seasonal and strategic promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to strengthen digital visibility.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor KPIs such as website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and acquisition costs.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and related tools.
• Conduct A/B testing and campaign optimization activities.

Community Engagement

• Build and manage online communities by responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback.
• Organize virtual events, webinars, and online engagement sessions.
• Utilize customer testimonials and user-generated content to improve brand credibility.

Compliance & Brand Management

• Ensure all digital marketing materials comply with regulations and company policies.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Research and recommend new digital technologies, platforms, and tools.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, and Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Strong copywriting and visual content development skills.
• Knowledge of marketing security, cleaning, training, and consultancy services is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and project management abilities.
