The company operates on approximately 166,000 square meters of land and employs more than 2,000 Ethiopian workers. Position 1: Chinese Translator

Educational Qualification

College qualification or Bachelor’s Degree in Language or a related field of study.
Proficiency in the Chinese language is required.

Work Experience

Minimum of 1 year of factory experience.

Required Skills

Strong Chinese language translation and communication skills.
Good organizational and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Willingness to work overtime when required.
Ability to coordinate effectively with factory and office personnel.

Key Responsibilities

Perform daily Chinese language translation activities within the factory.
Provide translation support for office and workshop management.
Assist with daily administrative and workshop operations.
Facilitate communication between Chinese-speaking management and employees.
Perform other related duties assigned by management.

Position 2: Sales Person

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field of study.

Work Experience

Minimum of 2 years of factory experience.

Strong communication and customer relationship management skills.
Knowledge of sales processes and plastic product market trends.
Ability to identify prospective customers and develop sales opportunities.
Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively and support sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify prospective customers and develop new sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Promote plastic products through customer visits, presentations, and follow-ups.
Monitor market trends and customer preferences.
Provide professional customer support throughout the sales process.
Follow up on customer concerns and coordinate appropriate solutions.
Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
