Ethiopian Customs Commission would like to invite fresh graduates and competent applicants for the following vacant positions.

Ethiopian custom commission has recently come into existence by proclamation number 1097/2018 which is separated from the earlier “Ethiopian Revenues and Customs Authority” Headed by a Commissioner accountable to Ministry of Revenues by possessing its own vision and mission.

Position: Junior Professional

Other Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of a public or private university in Ethiopia in the years 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017 E.C. (Ethiopian Calendar).
  • Must be willing to be assigned to any border area of the country and any region and work 24 hours a day.

Monthly Allowances

  • Monthly Housing Allowance: Birr 12,990.00
  • Monthly Professional Allowance: Birr 6,000.00

Desert Allowance

  • Desert Allowance Payment: This will be paid in areas approved by the Federal Civil Service Commission for desert allowance payment. It will be paid to all employees along with their monthly salary.
