Position: IT Deployment Specialist
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 0 to1 year of hands-on experience in Windows desktop/laptop deployment (high-volume experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong practical knowledge of:
- Windows 10/11 Pro installation, re-imaging and troubleshooting
- Active Directory & Group Policy
- Microsoft 365 administration (Office, OneDrive, Teams, licensing)
- BitLocker, MFA, printer/driver installation
- Basic networking (DNS, network printers)
- Proven ability to work quickly and accurately while achieving 5+ deployments per day
- Excellent attention to detail and 100% checklist compliance
- Good documentation skills (Excel, Word)
- Fluent in English and Amharic (written & spoken)
