Position: Sales Agent
Minimum Education Experience Required: First Degree in Sales & Marketing , Management or related fields minimum of 6 months and above experience in the real estate industry
Other Qualifications:
- Real Estate sales and Marketing skills in particular experience in customer service and sales.
- Knowledge property and real estate market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Minimum qualifications in business, marketing, or related fields are preferred.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales position. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for conducting sales activities, such as prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, property viewings, negotiating offers, and closing deals. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. The Real Estate Salesperson will be based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Basic Salary & other Benefits:
- Birr 6500 + Attractive sales Commission for junior sales agents
- Birr 13,811 + attractive sales commission for senior sales with over 1.6 years of experience
