Position 1. Senior Marketing Officer
- Qualification: BA degree in Management, Business leadership, Marketing Management, Business Administration or related field of studies from a recognized higher learning institution
- Work Experience: 4 years of work experience in Marketing & Customer relation management or related roles
Additional qualities & abilities are required
- Participates in development of new products, and marketing policies and strategies for the Company
- Follows up the implementation of advertising and promotion services of the Company
- Analytical, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
- Dedication, hardworking capacity, dependable & Team Player
Salary and Benefits-: As per the company salary scale and benefits package.
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Position 2. Special Branch Manager
- Qualification: BA/BSC/MA/MSc degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, statistics, Mathematics or related field of studies from a recognized higher learning institution.
- Work Experience: 9/7 years of work experience for first degree and Master degree holders respectively out of which at least 6 years’ experience for BA holders and 4 years work experience for master’s degree holders in progressive branch manager position; out of which 2 years must be as branch manager grade I
Additional qualities & abilities are required
- Ability to plan, Organize standardizes and controls General Business Operations
- Considerable knowledge of monitoring and evaluation techniques
- Excellent knowledge of company operation policies and procedures
- Dedication, hardworking capacity, dependable & Team Player
- CII Certified is add an advantages
