Nib Insurance Company invites qualified applicants for the following positions.
Nib Insurance Company (NIC) was established by 658 shareholders with an authorized capital of Birr 50.0 million and a Paid-Up Capital of Birr 14.0 million in May 02, 2002 with 4 branches in Addis Ababa and a total staff size of not more than 50.
Currently, the paid up capital has reached to Birr 250 million and the number of shareholders increased to 1,014. NIC provides both General (Non-Life) Insurance and Life Assurance Services to its clients.
Position 1: Claims Inspector
Education: Level IV (Diploma) with COC in Automotive or Automotive Engineering or Mechanics or Mechanical Engineering or in related fields
Experience: None
Grade: III
Terms of Employment: Permanent after successful completion of probationary period
Salary and benefit: as per the Company’s salary scale and benefit packages.
Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position 2: Surveyor I
Education: BSc Degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or in related fields
Experience: 2 years relevant experience as Junior Surveyor or in a similar position
Grade: VI
Terms of Employment: Permanent after successful completion of probationary period
Salary and benefit: as per the Company’s salary scale and benefit packages.
Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position 3: Senior Auditor
Education: BA Degree in Accounting or Accounting and Finance or Management or in related fields
Experience: 6 years relevant experience, of  which 2 years in Auditor II or in a similar position
Grade: IX
Terms of Employment: Permanent after successful completion of probationary period
Salary and benefit: as per the Company’s salary scale and benefit packages.
Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position 4: Senior Human Resource Development Officer
Education: BA Degree in Management or Human Resource Management or Public Administration or in related fields
Experience: 6 years relevant experience, of which 4 years as Human Resource Officer II or in a similar position
Grade: IX
Terms of Employment: Permanent after successful completion of probationary period
Salary and benefit: as per the Company’s salary scale and benefit packages.
Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
