Nib Insurance Company invites qualified applicants for the following positions.

Nib Insurance Company (NIC) was established by 658 shareholders with an authorized capital of Birr 50.0 million and a Paid-Up Capital of Birr 14.0 million in May 02, 2002 with 4 branches in Addis Ababa and a total staff size of not more than 50.

Currently, the paid up capital has reached to Birr 250 million and the number of shareholders increased to 1,014. NIC provides both General (Non-Life) Insurance and Life Assurance Services to its clients.

Position 1: Secretary Cashier

Qualification: Level IV(Diploma) with (COC) in Secretary or Administrative office or Administrative Service Management or Secretarial Science and Office Management or Administering Office and Secretarial Technology or Accounts and Budget Service or Secretarial Science or Customer Contact and Secretarial Operations

Experience: Not Required but those who have experience are encouraged to apply

Grade: III

Salary and benefit – as per the Company’s salary scale and benefit packages.

Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Position 2: Junior Procurement Officer

Qualification: Level IV (Diploma) with COC in Supply Chain Management or Procurement or Logistics or Management or Accounting or in related fields

Experience: 2 years relevant experience

Grade: IV

Salary and benefit – as per the Company’s salary scale and benefit packages.

Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa

Position 3: Investment and Shareholders Accounts Division Head

Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting or Accounting and Finance or Management or in related fields

Experience: 7 years relevant experience, of which 3 years as Senior Investment Officer or as Senior Accountant in investment related areas or in a similar position

Grade: X
