Position 1: Junior HR Officer
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduates or 0–2 years experience (depending on vacancy)
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Permanent

DUTY STATION: Sheger city around Furi Sub city Industry Area.
Position 2: SENIOR HR OFFICER
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business administration or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR preferably in manufacturing
- strong knowledge of labor lows and regulation
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS office
- Ability to manage multiple tasks & prioritize effectively
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
TERMS OF EMPLOYEMENT: Permanent

Position 3: HR & Administrative Manager
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION: Bachelor’s in HR, Business Administration or related field
Experience:
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in HR Administration preferably in Manufacturing or production
Strong Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practice
Proficiency in HR Software (HRIS) and payroll system
