Position 1: Junior Quality Control (QC)

Required skills & qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, or a related field
• Experience: Fresh graduate

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles
• Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
• Basic knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills
• Good communication and reporting skills

Position 2: Biomass Boiler Operator

Required skills & qualification

• Experience: Usually requires 2–5 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Certification: High-pressure or 2nd Class Boiler Operator certification is often required.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electronic control systems.
• Physical Ability: Ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and lift heavy materials.
• Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities, attention to detail, and ability to work in shifts.

Position 3: Senior Mechanical Technician

Required skills & qualification

• Experience: Usually 5–10+ years of industrial maintenance experience, often requiring specialized technical training or certification.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of mechanical assemblies, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, and motor systems.
• Tools: Proficient in using shop tools (lathes, mills, welding, cutting) and diagnostic equipment.
• Leadership: Strong communication skills and ability to lead in high-pressure manufacturing environments.
• Education: Typically a technical diploma, Bachelor’s  degree in mechanical technology, or equivalent apprenticeship.

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering’s, electronic engineering or related field

• Software proficiency in computer aided design (cad) soft wear &simulation tools

Position 5: WELDER

Required skills & qualification:

• High school diploma tvet or related field experience 4 years
• knowledge of welding process (mig,tig,stick)
• blueprint reading
• strong hand eye coordination for precise detailed work
• ability to stand for long periods and handle heavy materials
• strict focus and quality & safety standards
• experience in using electrical or manual tools (saws,squares,calipers)
