Position 1: Contact office Representative
Education: BA or BSc in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or Related fields
Work experience: Four years proven and relevant post qualification Insurance or financial sector experience on Marketing and related positions
Knowledge & Skill
- Good knowledge of Insurance products & Services.
- Acceptable Marketing & Selling skills.
- Team Building skills
- Communication, interpersonal & analytical Skills.
- Written & spoken English language proficiency.
- Excellent Computer skill.
Salary: As per the company scale
Place of work: JIgjiga
Position 2: Driver I
Education: 12 th grade Complete 3rd grade or equivalent driving License.
Certificate/Diploma in Auto Mechanics is advantageous.
Work experience: Two years proven and relevant experience
Knowledge & Skill
- Excellent communication skill and personality.
- Excellent Time Management skill.
- High level of discipline

Place of work: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Grade 3 Branch Manager
Education: BA or BSc/MA in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or Related fields
Work experience: Eight/seven years proven and relevant post qualification Insurance experience out of which two years as grade 3 upcountry Branch Manager.
Knowledge & Skill
- Good knowledge of Insurance products & Services.
- Acceptable Marketing & Selling skills.
- Team Building skills
- Communication, interpersonal & analytical Skills.
- Written & spoken English language proficiency.
- Excellent Computer skill.
- Having CII Certification is an advantage
Salary: As per the company scale
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Grade 4 Branch Manager
Education: BA or BSc in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or Related fields
Work experience: Six years proven and relevant post qualification Insurance experience out of which two years in supervisory positions or three years as a senior Officer
Knowledge & Skill
- Good knowledge of Insurance products & Services.
- Acceptable Marketing & Selling skills.
- Team Building skills
- Communication, interpersonal & analytical Skills.
- Written & spoken English language proficiency.
- Excellent Computer skill.
- Having CII Certification is an advantage
