The institution relies heavily on state-of-the-art mobile technology to bridge the financial gap for unbanked micro and small-scale businesses, low-income earners, farmers, women, and youth.

Position 1: Saving and Credit Officer

Education: Degree, College diploma o or Level IV (COC mandatory) in Cooperative Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Management

1 year for BA and a minimum of 2 years related experience for Diploma and Level 4.

Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asset.

Position 2: Branch Accountant I

Education: B.A Degree in Accounting. 1-year related work experience.

Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asset.

Education: BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking and Finance or equivalent combination of education and work experience. A minimum of 2 years extensive experience in the related field.

Position 4: Senior Risk and Internal Audit

Education: BA Degree in Accounting/Auditing 2 years working in micro finance, banking and insurance or related.

Reports to: Risk and Internal Audit Head/CEO

Salary based on scale of institution.

Place of work: Addis Ababa

Position 5: Risk and Internal Audit Head

Education: BA Degree in Accounting/Auditing 3 years working in micro finance, banking and insurance or related.

Experience in Micro Finance Institution is an asset.

Reports to: Board/CEO

Salary based on scale of institution.

Place of work: Addis Ababa and /Main Office
