Position: Quality Assurance Officer
Educational Qualification
- Relevant educational background in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Manufacturing, or a related field of study.
Work Experience
- 0–2 years of relevant work experience.
- Fresh graduates may be considered.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Good organisational and communication abilities.
- Ability to identify and report quality issues.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect products and production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Identify and report product defects, quality issues, and process irregularities.
- Assist in implementing quality control procedures.
- Maintain accurate quality inspection records and documentation.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to improve product quality and operational processes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to maintain company quality standards.
Salary: Based on the company’s salary scale.
Duty Station: Sheger, Gelan, Sida Awash, approximately 200 meters from NOC Gas Station.
