Position: Clearance Staff

Employment Type: Full-time

Gender: Female Only

Qualification:

College graduate or above.
Experience in customs clearance is preferred.

Required Skills:

Excellent English proficiency (mandatory).
Fluent in both English and Amharic with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
Ability to accurately translate between English and Amharic.
Good computer skills.
Careful, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and verify customs documents for imported goods.
Communicate with customs officers and freight agents to facilitate customs clearance and delivery.
Maintain accurate customs documentation and support the finance team with reconciliation.
Resolve daily customs clearance issues and maintain good relationships with local business partners.
